Aperture 3: Alert when opening Help in Japanese after upgrade from Aperture 2

The alert "HVURLHandlerErrorDomain - 1002" appears when you try to access the Aperture 3 Help menu after upgrading from Aperture 2. This occurs when using Aperture in Japanese.
