Keyboard shortcuts for Shut down, restart, and sleep

You can use the keyboard shortcuts outlined in this article to shut down or restart Macs that have a keyboard with an Eject key. Note: Key names are separated by a hyphen (-), such as "Control-Eject". You do not type the hyphen as part of the key combination.
