Dina Dwyer-Owens, the Chairwoman and CEO of The Dwyer Group, which is the parent company to a collection of franchise brands specializing in home and vehicle maintenance, goes undercover posing as a contestant on a show called Keep Your Day Job, a game show that gives people the chance to try out their dream career. Dina started working for the Dwyer Group, which was owned by her father, right out of high school and spent a good part of her life dedicated to the company. After her father passed away, Dina became the CEO of The Dwyer Group. It’s been a challenge to prove to critics that she’s in the position she is in due to her hard work, and not because she is the “boss’s daughter.” Staying grounded in her faith helps make a difference in the things Dina does day-to-day. While undercover, Dina hopes to go out in the field and see what foundations her father set forth to create a successful company so that she can share the same vision as he had when he started the business. © STUDIO LAMBERT 2011 |
