Feb 24, 2012 (M&A Navigator via COMTEX News Network) -- 24 February 2012 - US Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) said in a statement it had taken over Chomp Inc, but did not reveal the price it had paid for the San Francisco-based app-search engine company.
