	ECM Giotto Bottomless Double Espresso Shot HD=recommended. If I didn't tell you, would you ever guess this could be decaf? I've been so blown away by the visuals and taste of this recent decaf roast, I decided to see if I could capture it decently at night with trusty iphone. I just don't find myself pulling any of this bean during the day. My first attempt was a perfect 25 second 2 ouncer, I didn't even have to touch the grind (I'd found that I could just dose and tamp heavier and it was nearly foolproof) but for some reason the phone didn't record. So what the heck, decided to see if I could prove it immediately again. I'm finding that I can really trust my e61 when the Vario is dialed. These things are ridiculous. Home roasted Sumatra SWP decaf roasted in a Behmor 1600, both purchased from Mr Green Beans in Portland. Also, a big shout out to Clive Coffee where I bought this glorious e61 specimen.
