www.MyInnerG.com This is my spontaneous attempt at the Karate Kid crane kick. Was walking along the beach and saw this wooden post, so I had to do it. The piece of the wood that I was standing on was about the size of a softball, so trust me. It's much harder than it looks. I half-way pulled it off at least.
