Add the source repo.siriport.ru on Cydia. Download Siriport (its about 250 mb so wifi is the best) Then in Safari type in siriport.ru/1.crt Hit install Reboot Turn on Siri in settings Press and hold home button and say "Hi Siri" Keep trying till she says "Hello" back It can take 10 minutes to 2 days for siri to activate.
