This is a Semi-Tethered Jailbreak! What this means is, even if you turn off your device or loose all you battery, you will be able to access the essential stuff on your device. You can call, receive calls, send sms, etc. Most stock applications and all jailbroken applications won't work though. This Jailbreak only works for the iPhone 3GS/4, iPod Touch 3G/4G and the iPad.
