Help with my Iphone 3G with "Unable to Load Network Carrier"

I am desperate for help right now!!! I've jailbrokened my Iphone 3G & i've done almost everything possible & it still doesn't wanna work with my SIM , it says " Unable To Load Network Carrier" when i click Carriers HELPP PLEASE!!!!!!!! ):
