Since Microsoft launched their "Smoked by a Windows Phone" ad campaign earlier this week, unsuspecting people have been getting smoked left and right on the Facebook upload test in Microsoft retail stores. If you can beat a Windows Phone, they supposedly give you $100 on the spot. The rules sometimes vary, and depending on the model of your phone they might have you start at the home screen or at the lock screen. You have to: -Take a picture -Upload it to Facebook -Tag the photo (this also varies...sometimes its "Windows Phone" or "I got smoked by a Windows Phone" or yourself) There don't seem to be any rules about preparing things on your phone beforehand (yet), which is what I did. Going to try it out at the Microsoft store next chance I get! |
