CENTURY CITY, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Apple fans are lining up at stores across the globe as the highly-anticipated new iPad goes on sale Friday. The third version of Apple's iPad was set to be available at 8 a.m. local time in the U.S. and Canada.
