We've been in search of the "Painted Lady" who assaulted a woman with a bottle. We call the police and when they arrive she takes off running. We pursuit down the opposite alley to try and cut her off. We stay on the phone with the police who claim they have the suspect in custody while we go back to find the victim...however, you find out in the next video that the police did not catch her because we find her on the next block!
