Mark King, the CEO of the world’s top golf equipment brand, Taylor Made, goes undercover as Al Bower, an unemployed golf enthusiast trying to land his dream job in the golf industry. Mark has been with the company for 30 years, working his way up from sales to CEO, and believes that he is very much in touch with the people who work for him since he came started from the bottom. In recent years sales throughout the golf industry have declined, Mark hopes that going undercover will give him the opportunity to see where he can make improvements to bring revenues back up.
