Xsan: Issues creating files in directories that have an unresolved POSIX GID

The following issues may occur on an Xsan volume in directories that have an unresolved POSIX group ID (GID) and at least one access control entry: Attempting to copy a file via the Finder to the affected directory results in this alert: "The operation can't be completed because one or more required items can't be found. (Error code -43)" This alert may appear when creating a new folder via the Finder in the affected directory: "The operation can't be completed. An unexpected error occcurred (error code -43)." Command line utilities may stop responding when creating a file in the affected directory.
