Mkaing Iphone Ringtone for mac

I will show you how to make a ringtone for your iPhone instead of having a default tone that everybody hates. 1. Find the song you like, 2. Right click and go get info. 3. Go to the options part. 4. Change the start time and finish time to the 30 seconds you like. (note tone must be around 30 seconds or it will not work) 5. Once start and end time has been changed once again right click on your song and select make AAC version. 6. From there a copy of your song should show up with only the 30 seconds you chose. 7. Remember to go back into the original song and change the start and end time back. 8. Drag the 30 second file out of itunes and onto your desktop. 9. Delete the AAC version of your song in itunes then close Itunes completely. 10. Go to your file on the desktop and you need to change the name of the file. At the end of the title it should say 'm4a'. You need to change it to 'm4r' and press enter, then select 'use m4r'. 11. Once the file has been changed simply double click on it and It should open in itunes and be located in your ringtones section. Then all you have to do is drag the ringtone onto your device and your away. No more stinking default ringtones YAY! Also If you want to know how I recorded my screen because I only just found out. You don't need hard out software etc. Just open quicktime and select file-create new screen recording. Simple and effective :) I don't claim any of the songs featured in this video as my own.
