Users unable to SSH into Lion Server or Mac OS X Server v10.6

Users may be unable to access the server via SSH. After entering a password three times, the following alert message may appear: "Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic,keyboard-interactive)."
