Anyways when i was about to buy my cycling computer i decided to get the wahoo case with wireless Ant+ cadence and stride sensors.. This was an easy solution because i carry with my phone with me anyways.. minus well use it as a computer.. Couple of rides later i realized that the battery was a big issue.. i was able to do long rides for about 50 miles maybe longer if i had my monitor off. Which defeats the whole thing of using your iphone as a computer. So i did a test and i was able to get 2:45 hours of battery running endomondo and wahoo app with my screen at highest brightness.. also a bunch of other apps running.. (my phone is a bit old so my charge is not as good) So i did some research and instead of buying the wahoo external battery.. i decided to buy the 5000mAh Dual USB Charger for smart phones.. the cables provided work perfectly with the wahoo case and it gives you about 3 iphone charges.. which is insane.. i've done long rides of about 60 miles and i wasn't even close to using my second charge. (again with monitor at highest brightness and endomondo, wahoo app, GPS, and other apps running) i had a 16 dollar <b>...</b> |
