The TOTAL GR's cards exist and are fully functional to make transactions in stations but cardholders are bounded to this functionality. They can't access to information about their consumption, transactions, and other services that they don't know the existence. Consequently, The company TOTAL wants to create a direct link with cardholders to recover data, offer new services through our web site and our iPhone application. The first aim of our PPE project is the web interface also named Extranet. This product is the most important of our project. Thanks to this product, card users will be able to log on the web interface and they will access to more information, consumptions, last transactions, partnership with parking, information about stations, and many other services that Total offers. This Extranet is a way for Total, to recover lot of information about cardholders and even to provide additional services by advertising. Our partner Total has invested on the project because it represents a significant interest to them. Indeed, thanks to this project, they would be able to recover lot of information about cardholders such as first name, last name, email, location etc. It is a very good way to define and analyze the profile of users and to discover what does interest them. Furthermore, by targeting analyzed profile Total can offer new services they don't know yet without going through the manager of cardholders.
