Use this application to quickly determine your crosswind, headwind, and tailwind direction and speed. It also gives you a nice graphical representation of how to enter the traffic pattern using left or right traffic, the headings you should take for each direction of traffic pattern, including whether or not the current wind conditions may or may not exceed your aircrafts maximum demonstrated crosswind or tailwind limitations when you enter them into the settings section of this application. Simple to use, good user interface, quick calculations, clean layout. |
