You know, Bob Dylan once wrote a song called "Days of 49." I think today is one of those days. News Report Ever had trouble finding a place to stay in Boulder? Well, that shouldn't be a problem for much longer. Plans have just been made public to begin development on four news hotels, across Boulder County. These new hotels should bring roughly 600 new rooms to help answer for the rising occupancy rates that Boulder hotels have been seeing since 2008. What's the bad news? We won't be seeing any of the hotels completed until June of next year! While this is great, according to the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, what the city really needs to attract larger business meetings is a conference facility... which is something that has been talked about for years. Keep your fingers crossed, America, and maybe we'll have a conference center soon. http RRR With the political climate heating up every day, we at Ramblin Jackson, feel compelled to give you a political update.
