My iPhone was locked to ATT and I unlocked it through OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk Just I sent them my iPhone IMEI and they reply me after 3 days with email says that my iphone has been unlocked successfully. I didn't believe this until I connected my iphone to iTunes and withing 30 seconds I got my iPhone officially unlocked through Apple verification servers :)
