I have Avira anti-Virus updated with serial key, and it's workin, so don't worry. 3. If you dont have memory card in your phone, don't do this, because this is total reset of phone, and deletes everything from it! Memory card is safe, just phone memory will reset. Delete contains: 1) All in phone 2) If your phone has language which is afterwards built in in Mobile Shop, that will delete too 3) Phonebook (will not delete if all of your contacts are in SIM card) 4) Wi-Fi if you have it 4. In first, language is Italian, but you can easy change it on english or whatever like I did in video (for menu you can't change). 5. If Multi loader can't find your phone when you click "Port Search", make sure that: 1) Your computer has installed Samsung PC Studio 2) Your phone is on download screen.
