Now in day 4 and waiting for Apple to tell me if and how they can recover the data that has been lost in iCloud. This is a real shame becuase I like the Apple products and have many of them. When it comes to customer aftersales service however, in my experience, they have not performed very well at all. On this occassion I am really disappointed that they have instructed me to delete my data on the basis that I can back up from their TimeCapsule system and when I did it they realised that the data for iCloud was no longer backed-up there. So now I have no data and no clue what they are doing. |
