Apple Wants Eight Samsung Phones Stopped at the Border

Apple has filed the one-page list of Samsung products it wants enjoined after a California jury found the Korean company guilty of infringement last Friday. Trial Judge Lucy Koh ordered it so she would know what she’s in for. Here’s Apple’s list and why they’re there. It’s being discriminating; 28 products were actually found to infringe. FOSS Patents expects Apple to ask for an open-ended injunction so any new Samsung products that use the outlawed technology can be included otherwise the ban is expected to have a negligible impact on Samsung’s business.
