This is iOS Advice. Notifications on an iPhone usually come in the form of an audible or vibrating alert. Sometimes these kind of alerts just aren't good enough for every situation. Lucky for you, the iPhone actually has a visual alert option that's tucked away in the Settings app. To enable LED notifications, watch the video or follow the steps below: Step 1: Go into the Settings app on your device and tap on General. Step 2: Next, scroll down to the bottom and tap on Accessibility. Step 3: About halfway down on the Accessibility screen, turn on "LED Flash for Alerts." When you're done with that, exit the Settings app back to the home screen. In the future, when your iPhone is locked or in lock screen mode, the LED for the back camera will flash to let you know when there's an incoming call, text message, or other notification. Now that you've learned how to enable LED notifications, if there's something else you'd like to see on iOS Advice, please let us know.
