This is my thirty sixth edition of my collection of bad drivers in South Carolina. Watch a few close calls, near misses, red light runner, failure to yields, and much more all captured on my iPhone 4 dash cam. Like, comment, and subscribe. My record: I am only doing this because I have been repeatedly asked these questions. Here it is. Car Accidents: ---Car Accidents---(Me as the driver) 4 Accidents -January 2007: While I was parallel parked and still in the car, a South Carolina DOT snowplow ripped my drivers mirror off of my car (he had the plow up and was not plowing). The damage was only about $50. I replaced it myself but squeezed the money out of the DOT. I was not faulted. -May 2009: I was rear ended in Interstate 20 while slowing down for traffic in front of me. The damage was about $1100 for a new bumper and to unbend the muffler. I was not faulted. -October 2010: I was driving next to parallel parked cars when the driver, who was parked, opened his door and hit my car. I was going slow to begin with and was able to stop very fast. The damage was minimal and was about $400 to fix. I was not faulted. -October 2012: I was in a dual left turn lane when another driver came into my lane. The damage was minimal and cost about $400 to fix. I DO have this on DASH CAM, but I will not post it until all of the court issues have been resolved. The other driver was not a legal driver.
