Karzai said America wanted to frighten Afghans into wanting foreign forces to remain in Afghanistan beyond the 2014 deadline. In Ohio, six of eight passengers in an SUV were killed after their car veered into a guardrail at a high speed and flipped into a pond. Citizens of the small town where the accident occurred created a memorial at the site. Finally, the Food and Drug Administration has approved a case for the iPhone that can register a patient's heartbeat and send the information to his or her doctor. Doctors believe the two-hundred dollar case will help them by providing early indicators of what could turn out to be deadly problems. |
