Goophone i5 Charging problem! (Won’t Charge!)

	Goophone i5 Charging problem! (Won't Charge!) the phone I bought from www.android-sale.com won't charge. It came out of the box at 45% and then the lightening charging cable it came with was broken before I got to use it. So, went to the store bought an iphone 5 charging cable. Plugged it in and didn't do anything. the battery ran dead and now it won't charge. It'll pop up with a charging symbol for like two seconds then turn back off if I press the power button. It seems like it's reverse charging. haha, if that makes sense. It's been plugged in for about an hour and still nothing. ANY HELP WOULD BE GRATEFUL.
