José Luis Uriegas, chief executive officer of Grupo IDESA, and Susan Esserman, chair of the international department at Steptoe and Johnson LLP, and former deputy U.S. trade representative, will speak Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at the World Petrochemical Conference at the Hilton Americas Hotel in Houston.
