Make them a VIP.

Add your most important contacts to your VIP list and their messages will appear in the VIP mailbox. Tap the sender’s name in an email, then tap Add to VIP. A will appear by their name. Note: You can set alerts for VIPs in Settings > Notification Center > Mail.
