iTunes 11.1.5: Unable to Airplay to Apple TV

When you try to AirPlay from iTunes 11.1.5, you may encounter this error message: "An error occurred while connecting to the AirPlay device [Apple TV name]. You do not have permission to access the requested resource. Make sure the AirPlay device is powered on and its network settings are correct, then try again."
