Safari: "Manage Website Settings…" lets you enable the Java web plug-in website-by-website

In Safari versions 5.1.9, 5.1.10, 6.0.4, and 6.0.5, you can enable the Java web plug-in on a website-by-website basis, with four settings to choose from.
