‘Gotham’ Season 2 could be the ridiculous live-action cartoon we deserve

There are really only three things you need to know about Fox's Batman prequel Gotham:

1. Season 1 was pretty bad.

2. Season 2 still isn't good.

3. But when it's worse, it's better.
