Three-year-old Brooklyn Andracke spent her birthday celebrating a different occasion — garbage day.

That's when her favorite garbage collector, Delvar Dopson, rolls through her Bloomington, Illinois, neighborhood. And Brooklyn always makes sure to say hi.
