Samsung loses a German court case – The Inquirer

KOREAN HARDWARE GIANT Samsung has lost another court case against Apple's Iphone in Germany. According to the Korean Times, the decision was made Friday in a Mannheim regional court. The tit for tat patents war between the two companies continues.
