An audioless video showing the use of the iOSOpenDev Xcode template for building a NotificationCenter Widget (also referred to as a "WeeApp"). This videos shows starting the project from the provided iOSOpenDev template and performing a "Build For Profiling" build which builds the binary, signs with ldid, creates a Debian package and installs onto the iPhone... all right in Xcode with a single build. Also shows that a Build Setting can control whether to respring the iPhone upon installation of the package on the iPhone for convenience. As you can see, the Debian package structure is constructed by the template correctly for a NotificationCenter Widget "right out of the box"! Along with all the other iOSOpenDev template types. Note, the iPhone is connected via VNC. That's the iPhone screen I'm switching to during the video. |
