It's actually very simple. I needed to find a solution to this issue because sometimes Siri will go off in my pocket due to "Raise to Speak" being enabled. The solution I found was quite simple and I thought I'd share it in case no one had figured it out yet. All you have to do is engage Siri and then use the volume buttons to adjust the level of the "Beep" tone and Siri's voice. Hopefully this will help those of you with a similar problem like this.
