Cloud Computing: Apple Hits $500
Within seconds of Wall Street opening Monday morning Apple tore through the $500-a-share barrier for the first time, a little over six months after hitting $400. The talking heads on CNBC say the company has added the value of a Facebook since its legendary founder Steve Jobs died in October. Up $9.44 to $502.86, its market cap was $460 billion.
