Has anyone else come across this problem??? If you have, your help will be much appreciated. As seen in the video my iphone wont turn off unless its recharging or obviously if its battery is fully dead. Other than these two options it keeps turning back on whenever I try to switch it off. One other thing which I've noticed about the phone is that its battery life is considerably shorter than my old iphone 4 and even the 4S's that people I know are using. I believe this may also be related to the not turning off issue. FYI I have already tried hard reseting and restoring but it did not help. |
