Apple Seeks To Sue Bankrupt Kodak – Itproportal

Cupertino based tech giant Apple is seeking permission for filing a patent infringement lawsuit against Kodak. The iPhone maker submitted papers at the Manhattan Bankruptcy Court, for getting the required permission against the troubled camera maker.
