Iphone 4S-16GB that I received from Rogers Telecommunication (shipped to me by UPS)

Dear Rogers Telecommunication, Since a video is worth more than a thousand words, please receive notice of the issue that I have with my iPhone 4S-16GB, that I received from you as a new activation, which was shipped to me yesterday (Feb 16, 2012) by United Parcel Services (UPS). Considering that I am already negatively impacted by the discrepancy between the written offer that was made for employees of my real estate brokerage and the offer that I am receiving; considering the fact that I was initially told by your representative that the activation fee would be waived and later told that the fee would apply (after your company took all my credit information and processed a credit check that impacts rating rating); I am really not happy with this new situation. I would appreciate if this is resolved ASAP. I kindly request that one of your representative call me back today to: 1. let me know how I can get this phone replaced ASAP before 4PM today February 17, 2012. (I am willing to go to one of your rogers store near the Toronto Beaches area to do that). 2. I would appreciate if you could honor the written offer advertised to my brokerage and which was confirmed to me by your representative in my initial inquiry (total price plan all its benefits being $82.35 + tax and not $87.35 + tax). 3. I would like to have the activation waive, as it was agreed that the fee would be waived prior to your representative took my credit information and processed a credit check on my name <b>...</b>
