There is a new method available to unlock the iPhone 4S on any carrier using the TPSIM Interposer. This doesn't require a jailbreak, nor does it void any warranty or break any laws. Normally, everybody would pass this off as fake however with the Gevey SIM in the past, and some of the services the company who created the TPSIM offer, it's highly possible that it's legit.
