This week, I'm continuing my focus on Claim 1 of Patent 5754119 "Multiple pager status synchronization system and method": www.google.com and looking at the patent injunction from the plaintiff (Motorola)'s perspective and how it affects Apple's iCloud email push notification services. Background: Motorola sues Apple over email push notification technologies through iCloud on iPhones. This court issued an injunction against the cloud-based service and devices that use it, following a complaint that Motorola originally filed in April of last year.
