The project is using Arduino microcontrollers to control everything. With this system you can wirelessly monitor the gauges in your gauge cluster. You can also monitor any signal sent to your vehicles ECU from sensors in your engine bay. The app has layouts in pages for remote control of things in your car such as locking the doors, rolling up or down the windows, activating the alarm system and starting the car. There is also a page for when you pull into the garage. When you do, you join the network in your home and then with additional Arduinos and relays you can control things such as closing the garage door, turning on lights inside and outside your home, turning on the TV or audio system and even starting the coffee maker.
