Russell has a warrant out for his arrest! Most people thought he would remain off the hook for that little incident he got himself into on Monday night. He snatched a paparazzo's iPhone as the guy was snapping pictures. Russell was so mad, he threw it right though a glass window in a law firm building. TMZ reports that The New Orleans Police Department has now issued a misdemeanor warrant for simple criminal damage to property. Sources say Russell's people initially contacted the law firm and said the he would be willing to pay for the damage to the window. Russell is still in New Orleans filming a movie and the only thing he's had to say about this whole mess is what he wrote on his Twitter page: "Since Steve Jobs died I cannot bear to see anyone use an iphone irreverently, what I did was a tribute to his memory."
