The ARM architecture is found in most smartphones and tablets like Apple’s (AAPL) iPad. ARM chips are less powerful than the sort that Intel (INTC) makes, but Microsoft’s Brandon LeBlanc promises that all versions will “offer a no-compromise experience.”
