Catherine Monson is the driving force behind Fastsigns which is America’s largest custom sign franchise company. Fastsigns started as one location in 1985 and has grown to over 500 locations worldwide. In 2009, Catherine left her life and family in Southern California to come to Dallas, Texas and join Fastsigns. She has always been a hardworking, career-focused woman; a trait she attributes to her difficult upbringing. Catherine believes that Fastsigns is successful because of the great communication and training programs they provide their franchisees.
