The Cupertino company has a pretty strict policy when it comes to apps that are being sold in the iOS and Mac App Store. For the iOS, apps that do not make it into the iTunes App Store usually end up in Cydia. But what about for the Mac OS? Well the good news is that a new program has just launched that is meant to act like the Mac OS counterpart of Cydia and it is called HackStore. HackStore is actually a downloadable software that Mac users will have to install into their machines. Creators Fedotov have managed to come up with a stable build of HackStore so they are finally opening their doors to eager users who wishes to download unauthorized apps for their Macs. Some of the notable applications that we can find are TinyUmbrella, FlashBack Checker, FileZilla, Plex, GIMP and even games such as the good ol' Counter-Strike 1.6 along with other useful apps that has no chance of appearing in the Mac App Store. HackStore is hell-bent on implementing that there will be no cracked apps that will be present in the platform as their motto goes, "No piracy apps here, forever and ever". Apps are broken down via categories for easier navigation.
