BlackBerry Desperation

	BlackBerry Desperation This was my video entry to the CrackBerry.com BeBold contest. It is not meant to attack iPhone users - it's meant to be funny. For my video, titled "BlackBerry Desperation", I centred more upon the vagueness of what boldness really means. I chose the humorous and crazier interpretation. The idea for the video simply popped into my head. I wanted to make something crazy but funny. I strived for something that would poke fun at the dedication of some BlackBerry users, but not be insulting. I also wanted to finish with a stab to the competition. So, I made a rough script, then a storyboard and obtained my props. However, it was far from easy. I am ex-military so almost all of my friends have since moved away. I had a difficult time finding people to do the filming and to act in it with me. Time was running out. I have no idea how I managed to finish in time. This is my first real video. It was a fun, although somewhat stressful, experience, but one that I enjoyed. It was filmed on a Canon Vixia HV30 HDV camcorder and edited using Windows Live Movie Maker. Thanks for watching!
