I modified the Encinema DOF adapter for the iPhone. In fact, a lot was changed out that only the macro tubes and the step down ring are all that remained from the original. The main difference being that the wide angle portion was replaced with an extension of step-down rings and filter rings with the glass popped out. I also used a polarizing filter ring without the glass which allows me to spin the orientation of the ground glass without having to open up the adapter. I used a +7 and a couple +10 37mm closeup filters at the other end and changed to the Canon EGa focusing screen. The iphone is housed inside the ALM mCam lite. |
